Alliance Architecture’s Phil Olson talks architecture and design during an exclusive hardhat tour of 600 Mass Ave. for the Commercial Real Estate Broker’s Association (CREBA) First Look Series. Phil worked with Venable LLP, one of Washington’s premier firms, for more than three years to identify and design a space that supports the firm’s inclusive culture with multiple gathering and entertaining areas, including a dining facility with a bocci court, large terraces and a 2-story multi-purpose room.
