Awarded to the team who has completed an interiors project in a commercial/retail/multifamily residential space that has improved the overall aesthetics and functionality of that space. In turn that space will have improved its marketability and/or workplace/livability environment. Open to architects/designers/construction managers/ general contractors/furniture sources, etc.
