Baldwin& is a rapidly growing creative advertising agency in Raleigh, NC. Alliance saw a parallel between the industrial vibe of the former electrical generator shop and the agency’s sparking, clanging creation of ideas and inspiration. The Founder had a stated directive of “letting the work be visible and an expression of the craft of advertising.“ The result is a space both contemplative and kinetic: large glass on the building’s façade allows an inclusive community open view, the mezzanine and stair combine to shape sightlines and motion, while a roof work area provides a place to savor autumn sunsets.
