Nutanix – Durham HQ

Nutanix is a growing San Jose based data storage company with an east coast footprint in Durham. In Durham the company now occupies three buildings, all historic in nature, having expanded into them in rapid succession. The former Chesterfield Cigarette Factory and the Cobb and O’Brien Tobacco Warehouses are concrete frame and timber respectively. Each set of buildings provided unique challenges as office space. Alliance work closely with the Nutanix team to complete successful renovations while also making the effort to visit the San Jose HQ to better learn the culture and standards.
