Building on a 10-year relationship, Alliance was entrusted to consolidate PCORI’s multiple DC office suites into a new four-story headquarters in the heart of Dupont Circle. Themes of human to human connection are evident in the moss flanked feature stair and penthouse conference center overlooking some of the best views in DC. We worked with PCORI to pursue LEED and Fitwel Certification, both important distinctions in a post-Covid workplace. Recycled materials, air filtration systems, and equity to natural light were key design considerations.
