Pendo’s headquarters in Raleigh is a center for the tech industry in North Carolina.  While becoming a unicorn, Pendo and Alliance have created innovative collaborative spaces throughout the growth cycle, from our initial twenty seat start up engagement to the new 600 seat HQ.  Pendo is the anchor in a 22-tower featuring an extensive roof deck, great views, pizza oven, theater in the round and a hideaway speakeasy. Emphasis was placed on flexibility and health, featuring overhead power distribution with the whole space being a walking trial. A four-story connecting stair feature facilitates “accidental collisions” sparking spontaneous meetings.
