Spreedly is a technology and finance enterprise that identified the “work from home” trend before COVID. This strategy was based a wider recruiting footprint and a requirement for all hands in office work on Wednesdays centered on a large community lunch. This built culture and fostered interaction in a remote work-based organization. The space was themed around a boutique hotel/residential setting. Features include a fireplace, large community kitchen, relaxing views, and multiple meeting settings.
