Ally’s TM Studio creates an environment for the employees to be immersed in the needs of the consumer to improve innovation. The design of the new space enhances collaboration and creativity by providing various huddle rooms and work areas. Modifications were made to the exterior entrance which improves the “first impression” by allowing views and daylight into the space. The design focuses on complimenting the existing conditions. An existing mezzanine is utilized which is accessed by a new intermediate mezzanine. Both mezzanines enable unique experiences and views of the surrounding structure.
