The Raleigh office identified key leaders to work on the space committee setting themes based a younger generation of leaders. Features included uniform office sizes, technology rich conference rooms, ample daylight, a welcoming highly flexible breakroom, and a branding wall. The space was so successful it has served as the template for a series of firmwide office renovations.
