Teera and Robin Won Triangle CREW Excellence!

From being a professional power team on the Golden Belt campus to encouraging each other as mothers balancing personal life, Robin Roseberry Anders, SIOR with Tri Properties | NAI Carolantic Realty and Teera Games, AIA, Architect of Alliance Architecture well-represent the mission of TCREW. Robin entered the Golden Belt scene as the lead real estate broker and crossed paths with Teera, the project architect in charge of revitalizing Golden Belt and the once abandoned Mill No. 1, when the shell building was close to completion. The restored buildings yearned for tenants who viewed their craft as a form of artistry whether it be the art of oil painting, brewing, agriculture, or solar energy. The pair’s expertise and passion for the businesses sharing their stories led to a partnership resulting in multiple “home-runs” for the Golden Belt campus.
