M Sushi at Fenton

Chef Michael Lee, 2019 Indy Week Best 10 Chefs in the Triangle, opens M Sushi and Test Kitchen at Fenton Development, Cary, NC.  Alliance Architecture designed the restaurant’s modern interior, featuring a narrow dining room, textured stone walls, and a long, sleek bar that allows guests to watch the sushi chefs assemble their creations. The test kitchen is located on the right side of M Sushi with open kitchen and outdoor seating.
