Alliance’s Teera Games, Panelist at TCREW “A Web of Opportunity.”
On June 1st, TCREW hosted a monthly luncheon at the Embassy Suite, Cary, on the topic of “A Web of Opportunity”. Teera Games was among the panelists. The panel discussed relationship between TCREW members who had opportunity to work together as a team, creating HUB RRTP Experience Center.
The panelist included Linda Hall, Executive Vice President & CFO, Research Triangle Park Foundation, Shelley McPhatter, President, Bridgepoint General Contracting, Teera Games, Architect, Alliance Architecture, Amy Carroll, President, Principal Executive Team, Trademark Properties.
Over the last three years, they worked together on two successful projects from start to finish and worked with other TCREW members along the way.
Completed in the summer of 2022, this 1,800sf new office project was designed to sell HUB RTP in an impactful way. Shelley engaged Teera Games from Alliance Architecture as their design-build partner on the project. Once completed, Linda hired Amy Carroll with Trademark Properties to provide property management for the center. The new HUB property association also includes Wells Fargo’s new retail branch which opened in early 2022. The Moderator was Dale Lambe, President of the Coverings Group.
