The former Bargain Furniture Building built in 1914 for the Holland Brothers is one of the most prominent structures on CCB Plaza in central Durham. The building was fully restored in 2015 with Alliance Architecture acting as both architect and development partner. The restoration was completed utilizing historic tax credits and has been successfully leased from inception. Current tenants include Google Fiber and M-Sushi
