Designed as creative office for the post-COVID era the project mixes contemporary materials with natural elements leveraging the light and airy character of the former warehouse. Mezzanines and moss walls are used to create a natural multi-level experience. A central bustling “main street” area features reception, break room, and a lounge area to celebrate community. Quiet zones for more focused work are organized into surrounding neighborhoods. The theme of creating a sense of health and wellbeing in a “residential” setting is evident. Collaboration is encouraged by strategic placement of beverages to create “collisions.” Sightlines that promote “see and be seen” experiences are present throughout the space.
